The FBENCH is a free, open source software project (under GNU LGPLv3 license).
Originally, it was developed as part of the FNET TCP/IP stack project.
This throughput benchmark tool can be used for measuring TCP and UDP performance between two systems, and also it can be used as a network-stress tool.
It is fully developed using C# .NETv2.0.
